- When connecting to Zoom Teleconference, you must use your real name.
- You must ensure a good internet network connection for Online Consultation needs.
- The duration of the Online Consultation is 15 minutes per patient.
- If you start an Online Consultation late, it will reduce the duration of the Online Consultation.
- Online Consultation Schedules that have been confirmed are non-transferable.
- Online Consultation is to be scheduled at least 2 (two) working days prior of clinical operations.
- If for any reason the Online Consultation is cancelled by the patient, payment is non-refundable.
- KMN EyeCare is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of patient medical data.
- It is prohibited, intentionally and without permission, to do recording in any form of consultation sessions between doctors and patients based on the provisions of Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (as amended from time to time) and other applicable laws and regulations.
